Mindful Eating is a 5-week nutrition and mental health collaborative group program that uses evidence based CBT strategies to assist people in creating a healthier relationship with food. The Mindful Eating program is designed to provide usable techniques to facilitate behaviour change and foster a positive relationship with food. Mindful Eating does not provide specific nutrition or physical activity advice.
The current program series runs January 9 - February 6, 2024.
